Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by my page and taking the time to find out more about who I am.
I am Patrick, although most call me Pax.
My greatest passion is fitness. I am also a nature and animal lover, which is why you will often find me enjoying the many natural wonders that my beautiful home country of Lebanon and the world have to offer. On foot, by bike, or in a camper, I use any opportunity I have to discover my surroundings. And when it snows, you can be sure I am on the slopes, skiing or snowboarding. 
When it comes to fitness, I consider it my calling in life and take great pleasure in sharing this passion with others. This is why back in 2013, I left my corporate job to pursue my dream of becoming a fitness professional, focused on personal training. 
I do not want to bore you with my many credentials and qualifications - you can find them below in the ‘My Choice Of Training" section - my craft is a result of challenging myself every day to go one step farther, learning and trying new ideas and approaches. This is what is great about fitness, there is always a new goal ahead. So whatever your fitness goal might be, we can work together on you reaching the potential you might not even know you have. The best part, you will enjoy this journey. 
How I ensure that? By combining the many techniques (functional training, bodybuilding, olympic weightlifting, crossfit, post-op rehabilitation, etc.) I mastered over the years into a tailored programme that fits your specific goals and needs, and accompanying you through every step of it.

When I moved to Beirut I joined, somewhat reluctantly, the A/A gym at which Pax used to work at the time. Although I was somewhat intimidated by his workouts, there was one thing that kept drawing my attention: his clients seemed to be totally enjoying them and kept coming back for more. So I scheduled a session too. Although a couple of days before I had injured my back and could barely move, I decided to show up. I walked out an hour later, feeling much better and asking Pax when we could do it again. It was like something just clicked. Ever since, I have enjoyed countless PT sessions with Pax. My absolute favourites were our ‘mobility’ days, during which I found myself doing things that I never thought my body could do and feeling absolutely fantastic about it. My confidence went up and I started to feel much more energised and productive in all aspects of my life. Pax is not your regular personal trainer, you need to try a session with him to understand what I mean. It’s like he senses what it is that you need to reach your full potential. His passion is contagious, while his know-how and expertise will impress even the most experienced athlete. At our gym he has been a mentor to many fitness professionals and trainees alike.

The story behind how I knew that Pax was the perfect trainer for me was just through my research on social media. Little did I know that it would exceed my expectations. I’ve been training for as long as I can remember and I thought I mastered all techniques with previous trainers but with Pax’s attention to the slightest of details showed how professional, committed, skillful, dedicated and passionate he is. The guidance he’s provided through my strength training sessions have been awesome. I learned a lot from him and he challenged me in the best way possible and gave me the bestest cues that are stuck with me for life!
